Our Seminars, Modules and Conference are aimed at busy church leaders who know they need ongoing training but have limited time available.

Seminars - These are Compact Modules of Study and in that sense, more than mere seminars. They involve some Pre-Seminar reading, a one or two day seminar (depending on the topic) and post-seminar readings and assignments for those who wish to access the extra material.

Effective Eldership - This seminar provides ongoing training for elders, future elders and spouses. The topics for 2010 are "5 Functions of Elder Teams" (a review of 2009), "Living Within Our Limits," "Developing the Next Generation of Leaders," and "Identity: Who Are You?"

Spiritual Mentoring - In addition to pre-seminar readings on aspects of church-based mentoring, this seminar presents topics such as "Mentoring Like Jesus: The Gift of Transformational Friendships," "Mentoring as a Dynamic System," and "Your Mentoring Toolkit.

Grasping God's Word - Few things are more important in the Christian life than knowing how to interpret, apply and live out God's Word. This one day seminar will give you practical Bible Study skills, principles involved in accurately interpreting and applying Scripture.

Scanning the Old Testament - This seminar will give you an understanding of the overall story of the Old Testament, the basic message of selected books and help in knowing where the different books fit into Israel's timeline.

The Nations - This seminar will explore topics such as, "What is God's plan for the Nations?" "What are the current trends that are shaping what is happening in the world?" and "What can your church do to partner with God to get with His agenda?"

Strategic Leadership - This seminar will help your leadership team develop or refine your church's vision, mission and values. It will also help develop sound administrative procedures and explore the tension between the local church as a Spirit-led organism and a Spirit-led organization.
Unquenchable Worship - The "Unquenchable Worship" seminar is designed to help pastors, service leaders and music leaders to work harmoniously, so God is worshipped enthusiastically and reverently.

Marriage of a Leader This seminar addresses the unique challenges that couples in leadership face. Topics such as: "How to Navigate the Demands of the Ministry with the Need to Cultivate a Great Marriage," and "Marriages that Prevail" will be discussed.

Teaching Modules - These modules commence with a one-day Introductory Seminar, are 12 weeks in duration, and conclude with a two day Integrative Seminar.

Leading Like Jesus - If you are longing to re-discover intimacy with God, this is the module for you. You will experience life change as you study the Sermon on the Mount, immerse yourself in dynamic books that centre on Christ's leadership, and your character and ministry will be shaped as you engage in a mentoring project.

Preaching for Life Change - Are you preaching well but in a bit of a rut? This module will help you take your preaching to a new level. This course examines the task of preparing and delivering sermons that are both anchored in the Scriptures and yet intensely relevant in today's wor

Kiwi Churh Road Trip - This module involves a case-study approach to leadership development. The group of participants will visit three or four churches on weekends (once a month) to learn from what God is doing in these churches. You will observe totally different churches, urban, rural, cross-cultural and of various sizes.

Spiritual Transformation - This module explores how God handcrafts us individually to become like his Son. It also examines what we need to do to put ourselves in a place to maximize what God is up to as he transforms us. You will experience various Spiritual Disciplines and will study several biblical passages in-depth.

Leadership Roundtable Conference - This is an opportunity to come as a leadership team to learn about key issues relating to church leadership and to network with other churches.
