The Power of the Gospel to Redeem and Restore

Our 2010 Conference will be held at Totara Springs Christian Centre, Matamata and will run from Wednesday evening 28th July to Saturday lunchtime on 31st July.  This annual conference has been a highlight for many church leadership teams in the last four years.
It’s an opportunity to:

• Listen to excellent speakers.
  
• Process the teaching in your church teams
• Network with other churches to learn from each other
• Engage in overflowing worship. This will be led by Chris Opie.
• Experience the ‘feel’ of a genuine leadership retreat at Totara Springs - one of New Zealand’s finest convention centres.

Roundtable Speakers

• Jeff Jones - Jeff is Senior Pastor at Chase Oaks Church (www.chaseoaks.org) in Plano, Texas, USA. Jeff has spoken at a number of Leadership Roundtables and his messages are always inspiring and thought provoking.
  
• Brad Carr - Brad is Senior Pastor at BotanyLife Community Church (www.botanylife.org.nz)  in Auckland.  He will be talking about the power of the Gospel to impact a broken world based on the book of Romans.
  
• Nick Field - Nick comes from Wellington where is is Senior Pastor at The Street City Church (www.thestreet.org.nz).
  
• Andy and Nikki Bray - Andy and Nikki are the Directors of FamilyLife Ministries (www.familylife.org.nz) in New Zealand.
  
• Roy King - Roy comes to us from Columbia International University (www.ciu.edu) , South Carolina in the USA where he is serves as Professor of Leadership and Diretor of Alumni Ministries. Roy is an author and speaks on leadership topics both in the USA and overseas - see his web site for more details - www.royking.org.   
  

Roundtable Workshops

On Friday afternoon a number of workshops are being offered.

The workshop titles and presenters are as follows:

1. How God Uses Conflict for Our Growth and Impact by Roy King
2. Global Brokenness: How Can we Partner with God in the Developing World? by Rob Purdue
3. Broken Wholeness: Dealing with Personal Brokenness by Nick Field
4. Broken Communities: Churches Engaging with our Communities by Phil Stedman

Attendees can select their preferred workshop when they arrive at the conference

Cost

The cost to register for the conference is as follows:

• Cabin Accomodation - $275.00 per person
  
• Lodge Accomodation - $325.00 per person
  
• Motel Accomodation - $355.00 per person
• Day visitors - Thursday & Friday - $85.00 per day (lunch & dinner included).  Saturday -  $45 (lunch only)
