LEADING WELL: Getting Organised Without Losing Our Soul
This seminar, for your elder team as well as ministry leaders, will be taught by Rowland Forman and Darryl Purdy (CFO at UCol). It will examine the need that many churches have to get more organised. How do you manage your church well as an organisation while recognizing that the church is an organism? How can we inject more efficient systems into our leadership of the church without losing sight of the need to care for the souls of our people? This seminar is for all existing and emerging elders and spouses.
